Do I need an account to try it?
No. The first 60 minutes a month run anonymously — your job is tied to your browser. Sign up only when you want to keep transcripts across devices or move to the Pro tier.
What languages does it understand?
85+ languages, auto-detected. English, Turkish, Spanish, German, Arabic, Russian, Mandarin, Hindi, and most major languages — no dropdown to pick from.
How long can the audio file be?
Free tier accepts files up to 10 MB (about 60 minutes of speech). Pro tier handles long-form files with no practical length limit.
How accurate is the transcript?
For clean audio, accuracy is in the high 90s. Background noise, heavy accents, technical jargon, and proper names are the usual reasons a transcript needs a quick edit pass.
Where is my file stored?
On our servers, encrypted in transit and at rest. Free-tier files are auto-deleted after 7 days. Pro-tier files are deleted as soon as the transcript is delivered, unless you opt in to keep them. Full details are in the Privacy page.
Can I cancel a job after it starts?
Yes — open the job link and use the cancel button. Cancelled jobs don't count against your monthly minutes.
Do you train AI models on my audio?
No. Your audio is used only to produce your transcript and is then deleted on the schedule above.
